    Paid Diagnostic

    We start with a scoping session. I investigate your system, map the real shape of the problem, and deliver a written plan with itemised scope and a fixed-price quote. You pay for the diagnostic regardless of whether you proceed. This protects you from scope surprises and me from quoting blind.

    Fixed-Price Build

    Once the diagnostic is scoped and agreed, I build it. Fixed price, no hourly tracking, no scope-creep anxiety. Every change is verified against live database state, not assumed to work.

    Ongoing or Done

    At handover you get documentation, a system tested on real data, and a clean handoff. If you want me to keep it running and build the next phase, that's available. If you just want the thing built and handed over, that's fine too.

Case Study: Bridge Theory

A clinical health assessment platform built from scratch to production.

bridgetheory.health needed a complete platform: a chemical exposure scoring engine, an AI product scanning pipeline, a live payment system, a practitioner ecosystem, and a security architecture that could pass an external security audit. It needed to handle real money, real patient data, and real practitioners from day one.

  • 85-table database

    Schema designed for a multi-tier user system, commerce, affiliate tracking, practitioner relationships, and a chemical-illness reference model. RLS-hardened and externally security-audited.

  • AI scanning pipeline

    Photo capture, OCR, ingredient extraction, web verification, and chemical flagging. Async job queue with trace logging, an admin debug suite, and 60-day extraction quality analytics.

  • Live Stripe infrastructure

    8 webhook event types. Idempotency, 5-minute replay protection, async processing, frictionless post-payment account creation. Verified on real money in production.

  • 19-category smoke test suite

    End-to-end coverage across auth, payments, quiz, scoring, and practitioner flows. Verified on live infrastructure with real paying customers.

Outcome: a $20,000 commercial build, launch-ready and externally security-audited, verified on live infrastructure with real paying customers.
